A) Get Started - top

Find below an easy Step-by-step guide to use this Application:

  1. Upload the Application folder to your local area or FTP hosting account
  2. Go to «http://www.yourwebsite.com/application_folder/install»
    Replace http://www.yourwebsite.com/application_folder/ by your URL path
  3. Just fill Database information (server / login / password)

    That's all, have fun :)

    Important note:
    Predefined Admin user is automatically created, please use:
    • Login: admin
    • Login: admin


    For advanced settings, please see below.




B) Archiving Center - top

To use this interface, simply use the left menu and click on «Archiving Center --> Manage Archiving» :


How to Create a Root Folder ?
Click on the + button




It will show you a dialog screen, put your Folder name and Save.






How to Create a Sub-Folder ?
Right Click on the Root Folder, you will get options, choose "Create Folder"




It will show you a dialog screen, put your Folder name and Save.






How to Change folder type ?
From Public to Private, or Private to Shared, or Shared to Public....
Simply go to the concerned folder and click on the PERMISSIONS button.








How to Share Folder Files with only some users ?
In the same screen, choose "Shared", you will get a list of all available users. Just select those with whom you want to share your folder.




Now you will see that your folder is not any more as Private but has been moved to the Shared block under "by me". This section shows all the folders YOU SHARED WITH OTHERS.




If you want to see with whom a folder is shared, just click on the "See Share Info" button








How to Upload Files ?
Simply go to the concerned folder and click on the UPLOAD button, once uploads are finished, click on "VALIDATE" button.




All files with all necessary informations are now available as below








How to Edit File's version ?
Click on the EDIT button of the file and upload the updated file, the save.








How to Move file ?
Click on the MOVE button, then choose the desired folder (folders are listed by Type). Save.









C) Groups Management - top

To use this interface, simply use the left menu and click on «Groups Management» :


How to Create a new user's Group ?
Click on the Add New Group button








How to Manage Groups list ?
Click on the Groups list button








How to Manage Groups Permissions Access Rights ?
From the groups list, click on the "Rights" button, then just turn ENABLE or DISABLE the desired access right









D) Users Management - top

To use this interface, simply use the left menu and click on «Users Management» :


How to Create a new user ?
Click on the Add New User button
Note that you can affect a user to more than one group and he will inherit all the permissions of all these groups








How to Manage Users list ?
Click on the Users list button








How to Consult Users Actions Logs ?
Click on the History Logs button









E) Languages Management - top

To use this interface, simply use the left menu and click on «Languages Management» :


How to Create a new Languages ?
Click on the Add New Language button
Note that you can add as many as language you want, there is absolutly no limit.
RTL language are also available.








How to Manage Language list ?
Click on the Language list button Please note that one language should be designed as DEFAULT, then, every user could choose his own language








How to Translate Strings?
There is 2 ways, the first one is to go under the Language menu ==> Manage Strings ==> Strings List. There you will find all the Application String, simply click on "EDIT" and you will be able to modify all language content of that string




The second way, is to click on the bottom "TRANSLATION" button, this one will list only the Strings of the current loaded page, you are able to modify whatever you want. Save.









To use this interface, simply use the left menu and click on «Menus Management» :


How to Create a new Menu ?
Click on the Add New Menu button
A menu could be affected to more than one group, the title and description of that menu are also translatable.








How to Manage Menus list ?
Click on the Menus list button








How to Edit Menu Content and Links ?
Click on the Edit button button
Then, you will just have to click on the desired link from the left side, it will be inserted on the right side. It works like Wordpress Concept
Title of link is translatable.

E) Upgrade Process - top

If you have just already installed the application, you do not need to make an upgrade version.
If your application is already installed, please proceed like this:
  1. Go to your URL, example: http://www.mywebsite.com/install/upgrade
  2. Click on "Upgrade" button
  3. Login again and have fun :)
